Development Supervisor/Engineer

Job Responsibilities：

1, according to the vehicle research and development project management process TS-16949, timely completion of the project development plan; Under the leadership of APQP, complete the whole research and development phase from project approval, design review, scheme selection, design verification, small batch trial production and production conversion;

2. Responsible for electronic circuit design, circuit simulation Pspic, Altium Designer circuit Layout, project design and management of LED automotive and electric vehicle front loading light products;

3, responsible for guiding product performance testing and performance evaluation;

4, guide the production of sample tracking and assembly, debugging and bad problem analysis;

5, to solve the sudden and batch bad problems in the process;

6, responsible for product BOM table, specifications, manufacturing specifications and other related documents development and revision;

7, according to the work content, complete the work plan, process records;

8. Complete the filing of government project declaration documents and related work;

9, responsible for other tasks assigned by leaders;


Job Requirements：

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in optoelectronics, microelectronics, electromechanical and other related majors; (Outstanding undergraduate or master's graduates are preferred);

2, with more than 2 years of high-power LED automotive & electric vehicle lamp packaging product design and development, production, application experience, research and development of successful cases and mass production;

3, master related drawing design software, such as AutoCAD, Protel, etc.;

4, have the ability to independently complete the production and writing of R & D related documents;

5, can independently write technical documents, such as: SOP, BOM table, mass production specifications;

6, with team spirit, good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, independent learning ability and mentality;
